Though I wish I could build MailChimp, I'll have to settle for my "lite" version. With the rise of responsive emails, more NationBuilder clients are asking for rich media, newsletter layouts to engage their users, something that NationBuilder's communications and eblasting interface does not provide.
Using jQuery and Summernote, a WYSIWYG editor plugin, I gave clients the ability to tailor their eblasts to meet these needs. A simple copy and paste of code into NationBuilder's communications interface allows them to send elegant, complex–and responsive–emails to their community.
