A Zendesk self-directed training and support centre
With the ever-expanding ecosystem of capabilities that Shopify's Shop mobile app is bringing to the market, a hardcoded help centre could no longer sustain the constant additions needed to keep it up-to-date. By developing off of Zendesk Guides, a learning management system, I was able to seamlessly migrate Shop's help centre and allow Shopify's technical writing team to manage their own content, and expand it as they saw fit–fully democratized.
